Membership Terms & Conditions
FONZ Members are entitled to unlimited entry.
Annual Memberships are valid for up to 12 months, and a discount is offered to existing Members if renewed or upgraded prior to expiry.
Membership Cards are available to collect from Front Desk. Bring your purchase email and photo ID. Family Memberships include a card for each adult.
Photos must be on -file for members wishing to use the unmanned entry points.
Memberships are not transferable and Members are required to present their Membership Cards at Entry. If no photo is on file they will also require photo ID.
Members will receive notifications by email, including newsletters and special member only offers & discounts.
We do not issue new cards for Renewing Members. Replacement, lost or stolen cards will incur a $5 fee.
Members receive 15% discount at the Café & Gift Shop counters on presentation of their valid card (does not include ZooZizzle BBQ) & yearly Members also receive discounts at Jamala Wildlife Lodge.
Silver and Gold and Diamond Members must be present with guests to receive their Admission discount. For Tour/Encounter discounts, Membership number must be quoted at time of booking.
Direct Debit memberships have a minimum term of 12 months
